Why I left health care…
I managed my physiotherapy practice for years only to realize the brokenness of the healthcare system, handcuffing me into how I am ‘supposed’ to help people. I kept running into professional barriers that limited the most essential component of healing — the human aspect.
My personal recovery from this injury showed me how crucial FAITH and spiritual growth are in overcoming chronic pain. People often get stuck in their recovery because they are lost in that sense. In health care we teach mindfulness, but most often to no meaningful end — leaving people to drift aimlessly through life. It is no surprise that people fall back into what they had previously known, hence, the pain cycle. To truly OVERCOME this injury, of course understanding your body’s needs and correct modes of exercise are vital, but you must also win the battle against yourself. For that, spiritual growth is essential.
QRISE is not a physiotherapy program. Pushing you to expand beyond the physical into the necessary realms of social and spiritual development makes QRISE the most comprehensive sciatica life rehabilitation program on the planet.

Get matched with your group
Once accepted and enrolled, you’ll gain access to the QRise online portal. From there, we’ll carefully place you into a group of like-minded individuals who are walking a similar path. While every group member shares the same core injury, we aim to create groups with aligned energy and values — so your community feels relatable, supportive, and real.

How Does it work?
The 7-week QRISE Experience is a guided, holistic program that addresses every layer of healing—physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual.
Each week builds on the last: from learning proper movement and technique, to understanding trauma and rewiring negative beliefs, to nourishing the body with food and community.
The journey culminates in reconnecting with God and discovering a higher purpose. Through audio, visual, and physical tools, participants experience deep, lasting transformation.

This week lays the foundation by helping you understand the science behind chronic pain, especially related to disc injuries and sciatica. You'll learn how pain works in the body and brain, explore key psychology concepts like hurt vs. harm and the placebo (or no-cebo) effect, and begin simple, safe exercises to build confidence and strength. We also introduce mindfulness practices to calm the nervous system and cover basic nutrition principles like calories and macronutrients to support healing from the inside out.

Week 2: Strength & Stability
This week focuses on building a strong, stable foundation through intentional movement and body awareness. You'll learn the importance of daily walking, proper breathing techniques, and foundational exercises to support the spine and core. We’ll introduce key supplements that aid recovery and performance, while deepening your connection to your body through awareness and mindful movement—all essential for long term success. -

Building on foundational exercises, we explore how nutrition, guided by the 80-20 principle, fuels not just the body but also the healing process. You’ll uncover the transformative power of gratitude—how shifting your inner focus can rewire your brain and heart for resilience. We delve into the profound psychology and spirituality of confidence: understanding its roots, nurturing its growth, and harnessing it as a vital force in overcoming chronic pain. Finally, the science of movement is examined not just as physical function but as a language of healing, helping you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and strength.
